We offer a direct return-to-recipient service for dropshipping orders. Once the shipment has been delivered, simply fill out the return form to activate the process.

Use the form below to enter the required information: company name, email address, order number, and reason for return. Click “Submit” and wait for the confirmation message.
Return processing
Once we receive your request, our team will handle the return and arrange to send the replacement or credit directly to the recipient, without any need to return the product to your warehouse.
No repackaging required
Since the return is managed from the final recipient, you don’t need to receive or resend the item yourself. This helps save time and simplify logistics for your business.

TIME LIMITS
Returns can only be made within 30 days of purchase.
If a return is requested after this period, the request may be denied.
PRODUCT CONDITIONS
If the returned item is not in the same condition as when it was sold (for example, if it has been used, damaged, or is missing its original packaging), the return may be refused.
The product must be intact, with all tags attached and the original packaging undamaged.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Some items are excluded from our return policy, such as custom or personalized private orders.
